Reports confirm that actor and martial arts expert Jason David Frank has passed away at age 49 due to suicide.
Frank was best known for his role as the Green Ranger in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers television franchise through the 1990s.
Though we know his death was a suicide, it is unknown what the actual cause was until an official medical exam is conducted and released.
According to People, Frank’s representative asked for privacy for the actor’s family and friends, as they “come to terms with the loss of such a wonderful human being.”
The actor had three children and had a wife, Tammie, for almost 20 years.
