Meet Phresher…Artist, Music Exec, Manager and TV Reality Star of Love & Hip Hop. He wants to inspire people to keep fighting with a story of his own. Born and raised in East New York Brooklyn, he always loved music but was an athlete growing up. He was a wide receiver until college.
Didn’t last in school due to hardship. I asked him, “When did you know you wanted to be an Artist?”
He said, “When college didn’t work.”
I asked him how he started.
“I just picked up a piece of paper and pen and made lyrics,” Phresher expressed.
“Through It All” his new record has been released on all platforms. I wanted to know more about the record and music so of course I asked him why this record. Phresher said, “I’ve been through so much. This industry has been my greatest hardship so, this record is me talking.” Through his story and music, he would like to inspire everyone and especially our youth to aim for greatness and not needing approval. “It’s all about your reason and the how don’t matter,” Phresher said.
He first gained recognition in 2016 for his single “Wait a minute” featuring Remy Ma and found continued success with his single “Right Now” featuring Cardi B in 2017. In 2017 he was featured on Eminem song “Chloraseptic” from his ninth studio album Revival, which debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200. Inn 2018, he was featured on an official remix of “Chloraseptic” alongside Eminem and 2 Chainz.
Phresher said that in 10 years he would see himself as a motivational speaker, the biggest music exec and the biggest entrepreneur. He wants to end it with this note to his fans, “BE YOU … DO YOU … UNAPOLOGETICALLY. Do your vision and you got to choose yourself.”
